Online training course:
“Inclusive and structured hiring in academia”
Inclusive hiring is not only a matter of fairness – it is also essential for scientific excellence. Diverse teams bring broader perspectives, foster creativity, and drive innovation, making research more impactful and relevant to society
But how can we create processes that not only raise awareness but actively enable equal opportunities? This two-module training equips participants with practical tools, guidelines, and templates to design hiring structures that attract, support, and retain diverse talent. Together, we will explore how to reduce bias in selection processes, strengthen inclusive decision-making, and foster fair career opportunities.
The training is designed for PIs, academic leaders with personnel responsibility, and all those involved in hiring or selection procedures who want to build more inclusive, diverse, and future-ready research environments. Engage, learn and transfer.
