Mentoring in team science looks different from traditional one-to-one mentoring. It means guiding, supporting, and learning alongside colleagues who span disciplines, roles, and perspectives.

NEXT for Inclusiveness Target Countries will provide an opportunity to connect reserachers across ITC countries, and explore the possibilities for involvement in the COST action NEXT creating concrete bridges towards projects, collaborations and engagement with the NEXT core-group.
